# Connecture

{% hint style="success" %}
**Audience:** Admins, Developers,
space.vars.automation
Builders, Support & Operation teams, and Solution Architects

**Purpose:** Explains the Connecture integration in
space.vars.Kizen\_company\_name
and how it supports Medicare quoting and enrollment workflows.
{% endhint %}

## Overview

Connecture integrates with
space.vars.Kizen\_company\_name
to support Medicare quoting and enrollment workflows directly from
space.vars.contact

space.vars.entities
. This integration allows agents to launch Connecture from within
space.vars.Kizen\_company\_name
, pass beneficiary information automatically, and return completed enrollment data back to the
space.vars.contact

space.vars.entity
.

By keeping enrollment
space.vars.automations
connected to Contacts, the integration helps reduce manual data entry, supports accurate
space.vars.entity
matching, and keeps
space.vars.Kizen\_company\_name
as the system of record for beneficiary and enrollment data.

### What Is Connecture?

Connecture is a Medicare quoting and enrollment platform used by health insurance agents to compare plans, generate quotes, and submit enrollments across carriers. It provides tools for evaluating coverage options, managing beneficiary information, and completing enrollments in compliance with Medicare requirements.

Connecture is widely used in the Medicare industry to support efficient, accurate enrollment workflows for Medicare Advantage, PDP, and related plans.

## How Does the Connecture Integration Work?

When Connecture is launched from a
space.vars.contact

space.vars.entity
in
space.vars.Kizen\_company\_name
,
space.vars.Kizen\_company\_name
sends beneficiary and agent information to Connecture to pre-fill the enrollment form. This includes contact demographics and the agent’s National Producer Number (NPN), which is used to verify identity and authorize access.

space.vars.Kizen\_company\_name
also signs the agent into Connecture using single sign-on, eliminating the need for a separate login. The agent can then quote plans, review options with the beneficiary, and complete the enrollment directly in Connecture.

Once an enrollment is submitted, Connecture returns the completed enrollment data to
space.vars.Kizen\_company\_name
.
space.vars.Kizen\_company\_name
matches the returned data to the appropriate
space.vars.contact

space.vars.entity
and stores the enrollment details, ensuring the enrollment is trackable, reportable, and available for follow-up.
