# Troubleshoot RetireFlo

Get help with connecting AgentCRM to RetireFlo for receiving RetireFlo survey data in AgentCRM in real time.

**Purpose:** Describes how to get help with technical issues in the RetireFlo integration

The RetireFlo integration was developed by RetireFlo. If you experience technical problems with the integration, contact the RetireFlo support team at <team@retireflo.com> with the following information:

* Your email address
* Your version of AgentCRM
* A summary of the issue and the steps you already tried to fix it
* Any screenshots of the issue

**Note:** If you can't authorize AgentCRM from RetireFlo, your role in AgentCRM might not have the right permissions. Before you contact the team at RetireFlo, contact your AgentCRM administrator, and ask them to review the permissions for your role. To authorize AgentCRM, you need all OAuth authorization permissions.
